Thank you for choosing Lola's Print Shop for your event! Please review the following terms and conditions before booking:

Booking & Payment:

• A non-refundable deposit of £40 is required to secure your booking.

• The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event.

• Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in cancellation of your booking.

Cancellation:

• Cancellation 180 days or more before the event - No refund of the initial deposit. Any other amounts paid and/or other monies paid excluding transaction fees are refundable unless a special order item has been ordered.

• Cancellation between 179 - 60 days of the event - No refund of any monies paid up to 50% of the total. Anything beyond 50% of total booking fee will be refunded. 50% of the package is still due if not already paid.

• Cancellation within 59 days of the event - There is no refund available and the entire amount of the booking fee is due.

• We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.

Liability:

• Lola's Print Shop is not responsible for any injuries or damages that occur during the use of the photo booth.

• We are not responsible for any technical issues that may arise during your event.

• Guests use the photo booth at their own risk.

Use of Photos:

• Lola's Print Shop reserves the right to use photos taken at your event for marketing purposes.

• You may use photos taken at your event for personal use.

Additional Terms:

• You are responsible for providing a suitable space for the photo booth.

• Lola's Print Shop will deliver and collect the Photobooth for your event, regardless of session time we will arrive to set up at 11am, it is your responsibility to ensure access to the venue is available at this time.

• You are responsible for ensuring that guests use the photo booth in a safe and respectful manner.

• We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
